Club Respect - Pass it on

MARCH NEWSLETTER 2021

Hello friends,

Good luck to all our summer sports clubs and teams making the finals in the coming weeks leading into Easter. Club rooms will start to morph into their respective winter sports very soon and a whole new set of systems will click into place.

With the end of the season comes the opportunity to thank our members, especially volunteers for their dedication throughout the season. When reflecting on our season we might find that we were quick to outline poor behaviours and paid considerably less attention to desirable club behaviours. Our end of season Awards ceremonies give the club a chance to celebrate people who had the biggest impact on club culture. Your club is a better place because of these people - let the entire club know about it. Check out our Award ideas.

Club Respect workshops:
The important steps your club needs to take to build a culture of respect is now all in one spot on our website: Framework. Building on the information from our website and the completion of an important pilot program, Club Respect now delivers (online & in-person) Workshops for sports clubs around Australia.

Check out our latest news post for more information and to send an Expression of Interest.

Regards,
Tarik Bayrakli
Manager, Club Respect
