During these uncertain times, we know you may be worrying about your next steps after school. Whether you are looking for some support with your mental wellbeing, are feeling overwhelmed by the current situation, or have some questions about starting at our College in September, we are here to help!

Here are some of our top tips to help you in the current situation:

  • Try to keep a routine as much as you can - eat and sleep at regular times as much as possible. This will help you greatly when we are able to transition back to 'normal'
  • Try to stay active - go for walks and enjoy spending time with nature if you are able or just try to fit in some form of physical activity into your everyday
  • Speak to others about how you are feeling - friends, family, or organisations such as the Samaritans. There is always someone there to listen and help
  • Be kind to yourself. Make sure you are incorporating self-care into your days where you can. Take it hour by hour, not even day by day
  • Help to support others - reach out to those around you and check in on how they are doing through a text message, FaceTime, or phone call. Helping others can also help improve your overall health and wellbeing
