At QSI Dushanbe, we believe in being life-long learners! Our staff started the year with three days of Professional Education. We discussed our personal “WHY” – the circumstances that have led each of us into the teaching profession, as well as spending time unpacking our school’s “WHY” through discussion of our Mission Statements. We also spent time working on the “HOW” – how to develop trust and create a supportive atmosphere in which we can collaborate as professionals. And we even managed to have some FUN in the process!
