Tony Smith MP leads distinguished lineup of speakers

We’re excited to announce that the Hon. Tony Smith MP, Federal Member for Casey and Chair of the Government’s Economics and Finance Committee is the keynote speaker. Tony Smith has been an enthusiastic supporter of employee ownership and recently pressed for the reversal of 2009 taxation legislation in favour of employee share schemes.

Rick Patton, Senior Technical Adviser, Tax Counsel Network, ATO will address current taxation issues in a lively Q&A. Rick has many years experience in the area of employee share schemes including consultations with Treasury and Industry on amendments to Division 83A and former Division 13A in the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997.
