New subject prerequisites for UQ Science programs
From 2021, UQ will now accept Biology to meet the science subject prerequisite for three of our science programs. Additionally, for the Bachelor of Science, we will also now accept Earth and Environmental Science to meet the science prerequisite. General English and Mathematical Methods remain standard prerequisites for these programs. These additional prerequisite options will open up opportunities for secondary students who have taken Biology or Earth and Environmental Science and did not complete either Chemistry or Physics. Please check the Future Students website for more details.
