No images? Click here "Together we will be kind, reach out & get through this"Social distancing is rapidly changing the way we go about normal daily activities. As things slowly begin to open up we are being faced with the question of "what is the new normal going to look like?" We think here is no better time to embrace kindness and togetherness in order to help us all navigate the situation it has placed on our businesses and within our communities. City of Melton is teaming up with young local artists to develop bright colourful posters that inspire community kindness. These posters will be placed at local businesses and services around the municipality. The messages conveyed will be uplifting, offering support, resilience and community pride; the desired result is to connect together as a community in a time of uncertainty. The young artists are currently working on the designs with mentoring support from an established artist, Maylei Hunt. Posters will be completed the week of May 26 Calling on local businesses to help us spread messages of kindness throughout our community. Getting involved is fun and easy! 1.
