Hi there,
In this newsletter you’ll find an update on Kiwisaver and HomeStart and free checklists to make property transactions easier for your clients. We trust your clients will find these useful.
You probably deal with a wide variety of clients, both buyers and sellers. And, like us, you’ve probably noticed they get confused by the numerous unfamiliar steps required to complete the transaction successfully. We’re asked the same questions over and over again – no doubt you do too.
To make the process easier for them (and for you!) we created two simple checklists:
• The first home buyer’s checklist explains each step from making the offer to the day they pick up the keys.
• The seller’s checklist covers everything from listing to paying outstanding water and rates after settlement.
We’ve also recently employed two new Legal Executives to make things easier for you and your clients. Dawn Fullam and Jennifer Edwards both have excellent property conveyancing experience. Along with Fiona Taylor
our very popular Legal Executive who’s been with us since 2010, we’re available for Q&A meetings at your offices anytime. We’ll even bring muffins for morning tea.
To arrange morning tea for your team with a free property law Q&A session – call me and let’s set up a time.
Best Wishes from Wade and Pete.

“All went well yesterday and we’re now in the process of moving in to our first home! Lisa and I would just like to thank you for making the process so easy and (relatively) stress-free. After the horror stories we’ve heard, we will definitely be recommending you to our friends.”
Quote from one of Fiona’s happy first home buyers
