Pre-Order Limited-Release 2012 Januik Petit Verdot by Friday, Jan.16th to Add to Winter Cellar Circle Selections

Only 76 cases of 2012 Januik Ciel du Cheval Vineyard Petit Verdot made it from barrel to bottle.  We know this perennially popular Red Mountain wine will sell out quickly when it is released later this winter so club members are invited to pre-order the wine for inclusion in this month’s Cellar Circle shipment.

Price:  Platinum members $28 (regularly $35 for non-members).

Orders will be accepted first-come, first-served now through Friday, January 16th.  To reserve your wine, email Laura at laura@noveltyhilljanuik.com.  Be sure to indicate the number of bottles you would like to purchase. We will charge your card on file, and the wine will be added to your winter club selection.

Release Party Thursday, January 22; Tapas Class Saturday, February 7

Release Party -- Gather at the winery from 6-8:30 pm on Thursday, January 22nd to taste this quarter's selections and pick up your wine. Two tickets per membership, please. RSVP required, CLICK HERE.

Tapas Cooking Class -- Join in-house chef Seth Fernald from 2-4 pm on Saturday, February 7th and learn to make four of our favorite tapas, each perfectly paired with a wine to complement the dish.  Space is limited.  Wine club members: $60+tax; non-members $70+tax.  Email EHarris@noveltyhilljanuik.com to reserve your seat.

Winter Club Selections Ready for Pick-Up Saturday, January 17th; Winery Closed Sunday, January 18th; Wines Ship January 19th

Feeling a little let down after the holidays?  The following wines included in this month's quarterly shipment should help lift the spirits.

Platinum members will enjoy the dark and rich 2012 Novelty Hill Stillwater Creek Vineyard Malbec; the complex yet balanced 2012 Januik Ceil du Cheval Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon; and the beautifully polished 2012 Januik Weinbau Vineyard Cabernet Franc.

If you pick up your selection at the winery, your wine will be available beginning Saturday, January 17th.  If your wine is shipped and you live in WA,OR,CA,NV,TX,AZ,HI,AK,CO,NM,ID, it will leave the winery on Monday, January 19th.  Please remember that an adult 21 years of age or older must be available to sign for the wine.

Due to freezing temperatures in the Midwest and Northeast, customers in all other states will receive their winter shipment along with the spring release in April.

Winter Wine'd Down, Every Wednesday this January

Warm up at the winery, and enjoy a cozy winter version of our Wednesday Wine’d Down this month. Join us Wednesdays in January from 5-8 pm for wine by the glass specials, a delicious pizza menu and other treats, along with live music.

Entertainers include Robbie Christmas singer songwriter, vocals and guitar (Jan. 14); Six over Four jazz trio (Jan. 21); and former Seahawk Craig Terrill (Jan. 28).  Craig will also be raffling off a few Seahawks items to benefit Seahawks Hunger.
