Planned Downtime

Our data-center providers have advised us of their intent to re-locate our server infrastructure to newer, modern consolidated premises.  This will take place during the night of Tuesday 8th September until 9th September 04:00.

Regrettably this will require a complete shutdown of all of our iCOS LIVE and iCOS GO services during this time until the re-location is complete and the servers are re-started and checked.

We will be creating additional full backups of all necessary data as a precaution.

We request that you take steps to ensure all your users have completed and ceased operations in iCOS LIVE by 23:30 NZST / 21:30 AEST.  Please be aware also that no driver/tablet communications will be possible and we recommend alternative measures be taken for night shift operations.

EDI jobs sent to iCOS LIVE by third parties during this downtime will be preserved, and will begin being booked into the system as soon as normal operation resumes.

We will also post on all iCOS LIVE screens appropriate reminders on the day but please take time to advise all affected staff of this planned outage to help minimize any impact.

Attempting to access iCOS LIVE during the downtime will result in a message being shown noting that the system is offline for a planned outage. If you do not get this message and are able to log into iCOS LIVE at any time after 23:30 NZST / 21:30 AEST, you can assume all work was completed early and may resume normal use of the system.

We apologise for any inconvenience and disruptions this may cause but believe the proposed move will help to ensure continued integrity and service provided to us by our web hosting service.
