Dear Parents and Friends of St Anne’s
Welcome back to term three. As I type this newsletter the spectre of a snap lockdown looms. All of us hope that should the lockdown occur it will be short and sharp. Staff are preparing learning and teaching for a potential lockdown. Please continue to follow government advice, and keep safe. 

Interschool sport
Our final two games of winter interschool sport will be held on July 16 and 23. This Friday at 1:30pm we are playing St Roch’s. Soccer is at Willsmere Park and netball at St Anne’s. Parents are welcome to attend.

Athletics Trials

All of our year 3,4,5 and 6 students will be involved in athletics trials at Hagenauer Reserve on Friday 30 July. We will be departing school at 9:05am and returning to school at approximately 2pm.  This trial will determine the composition of our athletics team which will be representing the school at the North Balwyn District Carnival on September 6.

Our Discovery Dome twilight session for students and parents has been rescheduled to Thursday 29 July. 

Each class (child and parent) will have a 1 hour session in the dome lead by a presenter from the Science Discovery Dome covering the topic they are studying in class.

Session times : F/1 - 4.30-5.30pm
                          2/3 - 5.30-6.30pm
                          4/5 - 6.30-7.30pm
                          5/6 - 7.30-8.30pm

We would like to thank the Parents and Friends Association for covering the cost of this incursion.
