SA State Government – Department for Industry and Skills
Research, Commercialisation and Startup Fund (RCSF)

The $28M Department for Industry and Skills (DIS) Research, Commercialisation and Startup Fund (RCSF) supports researchers, entrepreneurs and businesses to accelerate their progress with funding from the South Australian Government. Further Information.

Reminder - CSIRO ON Prime Applications close 4 March 2019
The CSIRO On Prime  programme helps research teams in validating their research and discovering a real world application for it. Additionally, ON Prime has partnered with ARENA to offer a chance for a share in $1M in funding. All teams must complete the ON Prime programme to be considered. Further Information. 

Department of Industry, Innovation & Sciences -  
Empowering Business To Go Digital scheme

This scheme supports the establishment of a non-government organisation to build and enhance small businesses’ digital capability. One grant, worth AUD 3 million, is available to cover 50 per cent of eligible project costs over two years. [Details listed in Research Professional].

Fulbright Scholarship Applications 2019
Fulbright Scholarships are now open for research opportunities across all academic levels. The new Fulbright Future Scholarship covers full visiting researcher fees at any U.S. institution, travel and living costs for innovative research projects with potential for significant impact. Connect with active, engaged and passionate collaborators in the U.S. More Information, webinar or email. OptogeneticsAustralia - Proposed Annual Meeting in October
The goal of the OptogeneticsAustralia annual meeting is to bring multidisciplinary researchers with activities and interest in optogenetics together. The inaugural meeting is planned for October 2019 in Melbourne as a one-day symposium with international and national speakers, a poster session and young investigator awards. Further Information.
