Research Priority Setting Study
NCCRED has developed a Research Priority Setting Survey to determine priority areas for clinical research and the key questions that stakeholders wish to see answered by clinical research.
The purpose of this survey is to seek your opinions on areas for the treatment of substance use disorder due to methamphetamine and other emerging drugs of concern (i.e. new drug threats) that would benefit from the conduct of clinical research.
Whether you identify as a consumer, concerned other, clinician, researcher, member of an institution / organisation, policymaker, or other interested community member, we want to hear what you think is important. The results of the survey will assist in guiding the activities of NCCRED.

Seed Funding Grants
Applications are now open!
NCCRED is releasing Grants to fund innovative Clinical Research for the treatment of substance use disorder due to methamphetamine or emerging drugs of concern.
$500,000 is available in Round 2 of funding!
Funding
This funding will provide financial support as a seed-funding grant to establish investigator-initiated research.
Grant applications will be reviewed by the independent NCCRED Methamphetamine and Emerging Drugs Working Group and presented to the NCCRED Board for support of funding. Key Dates
Applications open: 18 Jan 19
Applications close: 15 Apr 19
Applications reviewed: 04 Jun 19
NCCRED Board awards funding: 05 Jul 19
Applicants are notified of results: 15 Jul 19
Final study report due to NCCRED: 31 Dec 20
Applicants considering submission should contact the NCCRED Clinical Research Lead, Krista Siefried, to discuss the grants further.
Applicants that were previously unsuccessful are encouraged to re-apply.
