Featured Event - History, naturally.....

This weekend is aimed at nature and wildlife photographers of all levels who are interested in working towards ARPS in Natural History.  The weekend has been designed as a whole but delegates are welcome to attend one or both days

On Saturday,  you can bring images for informal portfolio feedback or formal advice. On Sunday photographers can participate in a range of practical workshops.

Photographing London Families

Acclaimed Magnum Photographer Chris Steele-Perkins has a new project, photographing, at home, families living in London who come from every country in the world. That is almost 200 by UN recognition. It will be a record of a new London, a new Britain. So, if you are living in London and your family (one parent, both parents) were from elsewhere, from Albania to Zimbabwe and you want to take part please email Chris at chrissteeleperkins.com

12 December Good Picture 2015: Imaging Illuminated The Imaging Science Group of the RPS is organising another in its series of tutorial seminars, open to all, on selected technical aspects of Digital Imaging.

The Digital Imaging Group is organising a one day event on the 20th September which we believe will be the biggest meeting the RPS has ever held.  It's an unmissable opportunity for every amateur photographer.  An opportunity to learn - an opportunity to be inspired. With 16 different talks and workshops to choose from, you can put together your own personal programme for the day, to suit your every need.You can even choose to do your LRPS Assessment on the day!
