As we head into November out of #MUAM (Medical Ultrasound Awareness Month), it was wonderful to see Ultrasound acknowledged and promoted across the healthcare industry, as well being able to celebrate our dedicated sonographers on Australasian Sonographers day #proudtobeasonographer.
What you missed?
Last weekend ASUM held an Obs & Gynae event in Christchurch, where well known Fetal Medicine Specialist and teacher Dr Emma Parry presented on a range of topics alongside Dr Rachael Belsham.
Thank you to both of these ladies for providing such quality CPD education to our members, there was great feedback received from the day!
Also, a big thank you to our convenor Penny Cain for doing such a great job in helping organise the day and to Pacific Radiology for hosting the day - your facilities were wonderful!
What's coming up...
This weekend we look forward to our Cardiac event happening in Sydney where close to 100 people will be coming to hear from a range of Professors/Associate Professors, Doctors and Sonographers on a full program of Echo Cardiac topics.
Thank you to our sponsors Novartis, Sonofi Genzyme and Actelion for making this day possible.
And what else...
