We're well and truly in spring now, and flowers are blooming all around our campuses.

While spring is here, it's important to remember to look after your mental health. Next week is Mental Health Awareness week and there are plenty of events happening around campus to support you and your head space.

If you're looking to help out fellow students, take a look at the International Peer Mentor program - it's a great chance to help others and maybe learn a few things along the way!

Enjoy the weather, and take care of yourself this week.
