What you need to know about BC’s proposal to limit shipment of oil sands crude 

Last week the BC government announced they intend to restrict oil sands crude in pipelines and on railway carts, coming through BC. The announcement made no reference to any specific project, but it is creating further uncertainty for Kinder Morgan’s Trans Mountain pipeline expansion project. Along with impacting Alberta’s oil and gas sector, this type of action could have serious implications for all industries across Canada.
