PARTICIPANTS' ACTIVITIESAs part of the campaign, all participants made commitments to take action to improve the sustainability of marine and aquatic resources used at their institution, and to inform the public about the campaign. Or click here, for the full issue of Zooquaria. © Wildlife Reserves Singapore WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT...The Spider Crab?The 2018 world production of European spider crabs was 8,975 tons, largely dominated by France (> 7,000 tons), followed by the United Kingdom, Spain and the Channel Islands. © Balear Islands Government RECIPE: Shrimp Ceviche Ingredients (4 people) • 600 g of prawns • 2 tomatoes • 1 red onion • 5 limes • 1 orange • 1 bunch of fresh coriander • 1 tablespoon of ketchup • salt • pepper Time
Peel the previously cooked prawns and place them in a bowl. Peel the onion and cut it finely. Wash and cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Chop the coriander. Put everything in the salad bowl.
