We need your help...

Hello

Can you get your trainers out, your bike oiled down and your swimming cossie on to help The National Brain Appeal?

Join us on the 27th – 28th July for the London Triathlon: a truly incredible event and a great way to support the charity.

We’ve still got places left to fill so why not give it a go? Or if it’s not your cup of tea, do you know someone who’d be up to the challenge? We really do need your help.

With one person in every six suffering from a neurological disorder, your support really does mean the world.

Do it as a team of three

Got a friend who is a great runner, another who could swim for Britain?

Take part as a team: you could cycle, one friend would swim and another friend would run the home leg.

  • Sprint Team Relay (750m swim, 20km cycle, 5km run)
  • Olympic Team Relay (1500m swim, 40km cycle, 10km run)

Minimum team fundraising target: £1000
