Hello! We are Mitchel and Chantel Kempenich, and we are thrilled to say this is our first year teaching abroad. We currently live in Minneapolis, Minnesota and both graduated with a B.A. in Elementary Education from Bethel University in 2018. We began our first year of teaching domestically near our home in northeast Minneapolis. Chantel is approaching the end of her school year in Early Childhood teaching 4 and 5 year olds. Meanwhile Mitchel has been busy teaching 17 and 18 year olds transitioning from high school into college. We've also both invested a significant number of our evenings tutoring elementary students within our community. This year we are both ecstatic about working with QSI, with Chantel teaching 7 year olds and Mitchel teaching 9 year olds. In our spare time we enjoy playing card games, cooking, baking, and trying new foods, going for walks, watching movies, yoga, reading new books, visiting the zoo, and loving on our cats of course. We look forward to meeting you all soon! Thank you for the opportunity. With Love and Joy, The Kemps |
