Unitec campuses remain closed under Alert Level 4

We appreciate this is not the news many of us would have hoped for.  However, it is important we continue our efforts to protect ourselves, whānau and our communities.

What we all need to do at Alert Level 4 to stay safe

  • STAY HOME IN YOUR BUBBLE: You can only leave home for essential personal movement.
  • WEAR A FACE COVERING: You are encouraged to wear a face covering when you cannot maintain physical distance from others.  In some situations, you legally must wear a face covering.  For example on public transport and in public venues.
  • KEEP TRACK OF WHERE YOU HAVE BEEN: Use the NZ Covid-19 tracer app if you can.
  • MAINTAIN GOOD HYGIENE:  It is important that you use basic hygiene measures, including washing your hands, coughing or sneezing into your elbow, and cleaning surfaces.
  • GET TESTED: If you are experiencing cold, flu or COVID-19 symptoms call your GP or Healthline and get advice about being tested.
  • VACCINATION: Information on how to get you, your whānau and bubble mates vaccinated is available here. You can get this done without a booking at the Auckland Airport Park & Ride Vaccination centre, 42 Verissimo Drive, Māngere or The Trusts Arena, 65 Central Park Drive, Henderson . Please see details here
