This course has NO pre-requisites and requires ZERO technical background. You'll learn how to use Tableau, work with Microsoft Excel, and master the art of data visualization.

There will be a 30-minute interview, followed by 15 minutes for attendee questions. Moderated by CSPD staff, including Director of Fox Alumni Career & Professional Development and Senior Associate Director, Undergraduate Professional Development.

Media is a major influence in our society. In this session, we will be discussing the importance of critically analyzing media as well as offer strategies for consciously consuming media.

For many people, dogs (and other pets!) offer comfort and relaxation. Join us for a virtual meet-and-greet experience with several support pups and their owners. Drop in anytime during this session.
Monday, Dec. 14
4:00 - 4:30 pm
Learn how mindfulness and related skills can help manage stress and invite calm, especially during finals season. Guided activities will be offered as an opportunity to practice these skills.
