A BRS for the Books!

Legislative Update: Committee Work Completed

 
 

In the blink of a political eye, the Minnesota legislature has completed its committee policy work, and now turns its focus to the major fiscal items left on the docket: a bonding bill, a transportation bill, and a tax bill.

 
 

MS River Critical Area Rules Set for Formal Review

 
 

The DNR published a Notice of Hearing to adopt rules for the MRCCA, thus beginning the formal comment period on the proposed rules. During this period, an Administrative Law Judge will review the proposed rules and take public input through a formal comment and public hearing process. BATC has been part of a coalition of interested groups.
