World Meeting: Submit Your Abstract by June 1st!
The Scientific Committee for the 22nd World Meeting on Sexual Medicine is now accepting abstracts.
The meeting will take place September 16 - 19, 2020 in Yokohama, Japan.
The committee welcomes abstracts for oral, poster, and video presentations on a variety of topics, including fertility, sex and relationship therapy, gender identity, and more. (See the complete list.)

Warning! Fake Email Account ISSM President
Recently, we had informed you that a fake email account for the ISSM President Luiz Otavio Torres was being used to get you/ISSM members to transfer money to the Philippines. Currently, emails are again being sent from another fake email account.
Please note that this account is NOT an email account from the ISSM president. Please do not reply or click on any links in these messages. It is best to delete them directly. If you reply to an email, the sender will send you even more messages and try to convince you to transfer money. This method is called a smart form of phishing.

Sexual Medicine Seeks Editor-in-Chief
The publication committee (PUBCOM) of the ISSM is pleased to announce an opening for the editor-in-chief position for the ISSM’s open access journal Sexual Medicine. (See the job description here.)
The editor will serve a 3-year initial term with a possibility of a 5-year extension based upon evaluation by the PUBCOM and the executive committee of the ISSM. Applications should be sent to the ISSM business office (office@issm.info) by April 10, 2020.
Interviews with selected applicants will take place during the AUA 2020 meeting in Washington, DC, USA (May 15 - 18, 2020). The editor's term is expected to begin on October 1, 2020.

VJPU: Call for Applications for Editor-in-Chief
The ISSM’s Video Journal of Prosthetic Urology (VJPU) is seeking a new editor-in-chief.
The VJPU is a peer-reviewed journal dedicated to publishing video content related to general sexual medicine, with a particular emphasis on surgical device implantation.
The term of office of the current editor-in-chief will end with the World Meeting on Sexual Medicine, which will be held in Japan September 16 - 19, 2020. The term of office for the new editor-in-chief will be 5 years, with the possibility of one 5-year renewal.
Applications must be submitted to the ISSM Executive Office (office@issm.info) by April 10, 2020. The applicant must include a current CV and the names and contact details of two references.
Interviews of finalists will be held by the ISSM Publication Committee and ISSM Officers during the 2020 AUA meeting held May 15-18, 2020 in Washington, DC, USA.
