Click here November at Cove ParkA busy month of new residencies, the launch of international projects, open calls for applications to our 2019 residency programmes and our search for a new Chair of Cove Park. We are pleased to welcome the Glasgow-based theatre company Tricky Hat to Cove Park for the first time. This residency will bring together previous performers from the company's devised projects for two three-day workshops. You can read more about this Firebrand Residency here. Our first Book Deal Masterclass takes place this month and we look forward to the arrival of all the participating writers. This Masterclass is devised and led by former resident and Scholastic Executive Editor Genevieve Herr and Literary Agent for LBA Books, Louise Lamont. The workshop Souvenir, taking place this month, is a new project devised and led by Argyll-based artist Sandi Kiehlmann. Over a series of eight workshops, participants will explore the landscape of Cove Park and its surrounding area, having the opportunity to examine and creatively investigate a familiar landscape from an alternative perspective and through a range of drawing processes. Further information and details on how to book a free place is available here. Finally, we were pleased to host BA Art and Design students from Forth Valley College in Stirling at the beginning of the month. This residency allowed the students to work on site, participate in events and to experience and learn more about the benefits of residencies.
