Viral Imaginations: COVID-19, Summer/Fall 2021

Viral Imaginations: COVID-19 is a curated, web-based gallery and archive of current and former Pennsylvanians’ creative reflections on their first-person experiences living in pandemic times.  The dynamic, interdisciplinary, Penn State-supported project provides a communal space for Pennsylvania’s residents of all ages to share their creativity and connect through art—visual art and creative writing—in otherwise challenging times.

The Intern position with the Viral Imaginations: COVID-19 project (viralimaginations.psu.edu) provides Penn State students with a great way to build their marketing, communications, and public engagement skills. Through this unique experience, students have the opportunity to be part of a historic endeavor—the curation of a concurrent archive of creative works related to the coronavirus pandemic.

Interested candidates should explore our online gallery, Viral Imaginations: COVID-19, and send a resume and cover letter to Ms. Lauren Stetz(lms368@psu.edu). Please include whether you are interested in applying for a summer and/or fall internship.
