#WLANSWAWARDS Dear Members and Colleagues
We hope this finds you well and weathering the current COVID environment. As they say, we may not all be in the same boat but we are all in the same storm.
Although COVID restrictions have resulted in the cancellation of our Gala Presentation Dinner for the 2021 Women Lawyers Achievement Awards on 3 September 2021, we are looking forward to recognising and celebrating the achievements of outstanding women lawyers, mentors and firms that have achieved excellence in their area of practice and helped create opportunities for women in the law.
We will be announcing the finalists and winners from 1 September 2021. Please ensure you are following us on our social media platforms as noted below so that you can be amongst the first to hear about our finalists and winners, and so you can share with your network.
We are also looking forward to an in-person celebration early in 2022 for our 70th anniversary - details about this exciting event will be available shortly. We wish to thank our Award Sponsors as noted below, and our Awards supporting organisations who also provide representatives for our judging panel - the Law Society of New South Wales, the NSW Bar Association, the Department of Communities and Justice, and the Association of Corporate Counsel, NSW Division.
Renée Bianchi, President.
