We have a brand new, in-stock CF-GTE - Horizontal Glue Style Carton Former ready for fast delivery. The innovative CF-GTE features extremely fast change over and high-speed carton forming up to 30 cpm. The CF-GTE also has a compact footprint to integrate into existing or new lines easily. The innovative male forming tool provides square cartons that result in an excellent carton presentation for the end customers. An ergonomic flat-stack magazine is simple for operators as they just place a stack of cartons, and the CF-GTE does the rest. An Allen Bradley controls platform is standard on the CF-GTE, along with a Nordson ProBlue adhesive system.

Check out the new video on the HD-LSP. The system was designed to handle both lay-flat and on-edge pack patterns on the same machine. The system also incorporated an easy loading pouch magazine and a servo rotary feeder to place pouches on the infeed belt conveyor. The system features quick changeover as the dust flap kickers are all independently servo-driven, resulting in easy set-up and troubleshooting. For this application, the HD-LSP reached speeds of over 300 ppm. The HD-LSP features an Allen Bradley CompactLogix Controller and a Festo pneumatic system.

The HD-LSP is an ideal solution when handling multiple lanes of product. The HD-LSP was retrofitted with a new infeed system to handle three-lanes of blister packs. The servopack systems were designed to rotate the blister packs on edge to ensure the correct pack pattern. A fourth servopack was implemented to act as the main collating and loading system for the cartoner. This system ensured that the machine was able to meet the required speed of 720 ppm. The heavy-duty frame of the HD-LSP ensures 24/7 production and long operational life.
