This month’s newsletter is packed full of workshops, webinars and good news stories from across our RSAS communities. Don’t forget to also check out this month’s RSAS staff spotlight. The NESA RSAS Facebook page is now live! The aim of our Facebook community is to share your stories in terms of what’s working, or how you have changed your approach for a stronger outcome. Our Facebook page will also promote the opportunity for RSAS staff to support and encourage each other, share photos, connect with other RSAS teams and allow us to highlight upcoming workshops and training that you and your team members might be interested in. Providers, RSAS staff and PM&C Network contacts are all welcome to join our group. Click here to join! Do you love podcasts? Have a regular series of podcasts you listen to or watch? NESA is currently developing a series of podcasts purely for RSAS staff. The aim is to make the podcast relevant and to give RSAS staff a quick overview or to highlight 5 points on a particular topic. The podcasts will be short, sharp and snappy and available to download and view via the NESA-RSAS website. Coming very soon. The Clustered Leadership workshops and Tailored Local workshops are well underway to be delivered across the country in July and August. The NESA Project Team are working side by side with PM&C and providers to ensure the agenda for every workshop is tailored and meets the needs for all teams. The first Train the Trainer workshop for 2018 will be held in Cairns from 24-26 July. Click here to register and click here to view the agenda. Reminder that NESA’s non-accredited online training programme includes a mixture of interactive and engaging online learning options that your new team members can undertake at their own pace. The purpose of the online platform is to develop a self-paced learning environment where staff can access training materials and resources at any time. The training is FREE! Click here to register and view the training modules available. This training is perfect for new staff who have just joined your RSAS team or staff who need a refresher about their role. Also in this edition: the next webinar - Conflict Resolution to be presented by Ian Mackie will be held on Tuesday 24 July @ 12:00 noon EST. Don’t miss this opportunity to
participate and listen to our experienced trainer discuss practical ways to diminish conflict in the workplace. A great forum to ask any burning questions you may have around resolving conflict. The webinar will be recorded and available to watch via our website. TAILORED LOCAL
