What's on in Franskton City

Frankston's Christmas Festival of Lights recap

Frankston's Christmas Festival of Lights celebrated 22 years on Saturday night with Santa arriving in a SES IRB (inflatable rubber boat).

The highly anticipated festival is a family tradition in Frankston City. Around 40,000 locals and visitors flocked to the city centre participating in an array of family friendly performances, kids activities, market stalls, shopping, and dining.

The event also saw the launch of Frankston's Skating Wonderland, a new addition to the festival in 2019 and operating until Sunday 8 December.

Nearly 300 users made use of the official event guide via the Visit Frankston app which launched last week and will become a major asset for locals and visitors attending future events.

If you attended and would like a chance to win a family pass to Gumbuya World, please complete the post event survey.
