June Permit Numbers Up

Comparing June month-over-month permits were up 19 percent compared to 2015 and single-family permits rose by 24 percent. So far, 2016 is setting the strongest pace since 2007 with 2,507 permits pulled year-to-date.

Housing First Network Elevates Industry

As the legislative session concludes and Minnesotans prepare for a contentious election, there is a window of time for BATC’s Housing First Network to build on its message of strong communities, the American Dream of homeownership, and keeping that dream affordable. The Housing First Network is building a platform that supports the vibrant communities created by BATC members. We know we can’t do this alone and we’re thankful to the growing list of leaders who have pledged their support for a strong housing market. We’ve created an issue advocacy campaign to thank these local leaders as we continue our work. Want to get involved? Contact Mark or Mary.  If you haven’t liked and/or followed the Housing First Network, please join us!
