Don't forget the last day to add courses for semester 2 is approaching, so if you're unsure about enrolment, have a chat to your faculty soon.

The Adelaide University Union and Student Representative Council elections are approaching! Nominations open 9 am 12 August and close at 4 pm 16 August - so get in quickly and find out more.

  • Collect your course reader
    Have you bought your course reader from the Online Shop? Come and collect them from Ask Library (level 3, Barr Smith Library/Hub Central), and don't forget to bring along your receipt so your purchase can be verified.
  • Calling all Electrical & Electronic Engineering students!

  • Join us for the official launch of the Uni Run
    Join us for the launch of the Women's Recreational Running Network UoA Chapter on 8 August, 5:15pm.
    Open to all female staff and students, this event includes special guest Chelsea Jaensch, former Australian Olympic Long Jumper, a warm up led by Lululemon, freebies and some nibbles post-run.

  • AUGDS careers event with Susan Close
    14 August, 6 to 7 pm - Lower Napier LG28
    Want to learn about government careers in geography and the environment? The Adelaide University Geography and Development Society is holding a careers panel discussion with Shadow Minister for Environment & Water, Susan Close. Come and learn more about the industry and how to approach getting a job in this field.

  • Movie Night: Mediterraneo

    13 August 6:30 pm to 8:30pm - Union Cinema on Level 5, Union House
    Come along and watch Gabriele Salvatores' Oscar-winning film 'Mediterraneo', presented by the Adelaide University Italian Society in conjunction with the Film Society! The movie will be screened in Italian with English subtitles, and all are welcome to come along and enjoy some Chinotto and snacks.

    Come along to the Hub and chat about volunteering and how you can claim hours through the Adelaide Graduate Award.
  • The Funding Network: Live Crowdfunding event for homelessness
    Applications are now open! We're looking for innovative social change initiatives to help people who are currently experiencing, at risk of, or on their journey out of homelessness.
    The event itself will be an inspiring night of storytelling, fundraising and focus on ending homelessness through the Adelaide Zero Project - book your tickets now!

The Adelaide University Union advertises part time work for current students on the paid vacancies page from Employment Services.

Career Services are free for all students. CareerHub features a jobs board of opportunities related to your studies including paid work experience and graduate roles. The Careers team also run employer events and workshops to increase employability, build resumes, improve your interview skills and more.
