HLS look forward to a healthy start in 2015

A Cannock-based business that provides services to Doctors throughout the country has seen a healthy start to operations, thanks to the help they received from the Staffordshire Business Loan Fund. Healthcare Licensing Support Ltd, established in 2014, received a loan from the fund which was specifically created to help Staffordshire based businesses that are unable to obtain finance from mainstream lenders. The loan they received was required to help with the purchase of new equipment along with the expansion of the organisation. The company provides appraisal, revalidation and Responsible Officer services to practising Doctors. Read more here

Highest January attendance ever for BCDC event
|
The BCRS-run Black Country Diners' Club (BCDC), which is held on a quarterly basis throughout the year, achieved its highest January attendance ever. The event proved to be incredibly popular, with one guest commenting that the event provided "an excellent lunch, great speaker and superb networking". The event opened with a bustling networking session allowing guests to interact; followed by a two-course meal, an inspiring motivational talk by Cat Williams and ending on a prize draw for a
signed copy of Cat's book. The next BCDC event is taking place on Tuesday 28th April, so please join us to spend an afternoon with business people from the Black Country and beyond.
