We're excited that you'll be joining us tomorrow evening for BATC's 46th Awards of Excellence Gala. It is sure to be a great night. Please read on for a few important notices.

This is a SOLD OUT event. The awards will be presented in the Ballroom at the Lafayette Club, with overflow in the social area, the Lakeview Room. Because seating is limited, we want to honor our award entrants and nominees with priority seating in the ballroom. If you are up for an award, please find a seat quickly when seating is opened.

Event Details & Reminders

VALET PARKING:
We invite you to take advantage of our complimentary valet parking at the door.

CASH ONLY BAR:
Drink tickets will be accepted at each bar, and can be purchased with CASH ONLY from ticket stations adjacent to each bar. Please stop at an ATM on your way to get cash, or use the ATM located in the lobby of the Lafayette Club. 

SILENT AUCTION:
We have some exceptional items lined up for the BATC Foundation silent and live auctions. Go ahead and check them out online now (you may just want to start the bidding early). 

BEAT THE TRAFFIC:
For those that want to arrive early, we will open a bar at 4pm for networking in the Fairway Room (lower level).  Bars will be open following the awards presentation until 10pm. See below for the schedule and the menu.
