The world is a very different place at the moment and none of us know what the future will hold. We would like to reassure you that the health and safety of our guests and team is our number one priority, and we are doing everything we can to try and provide as normal a service as possible in challenging circumstances. At the present time we are remaining open for business as when you are in your accommodation you are self contained and largely self-sufficient. We do however ask that you, and your family, take notice of the World Health Organisations recommendations with regards to social distancing if you choose to visit. We are very fortunate at Tyddyn Isaf to be blessed with plenty of space, and it is understandable that guests wish to visit for this reason. We are conscious that there may come a time when temporary closure is inevitable, however, we must do everything in our power to prevent this by showing that guests on caravan parks will behave in a responsible manner. In order to minimise the risk of spreading Coronavirus we request that you DO NOT visit if you show any symptoms ie. a fever or cough, or if you have been in contact with anyone showing symptoms in the previous 14 days. We reserve the right of admission to the park should you present with symptoms. It is not for us to dictate what you can and can't do. What we do however ask is that you are responsible and sensible. Once on site, we kindly ask that you take heed of the governments advice, and enjoy your stay as a family unit. The government strongly discourages guests from going into one another's accommodation. The government also strongly discourage you from letting your children mix with one another, as this defeats the object of the schools being closed. Hints & Tips Around the Grounds Go for a walk as a family, and encourage any younger family members to stay with you as opposed to socialising with friends. If you meet other guests, remember to talk to them from a distance > 2 metres. Bear in mind that you may wish to talk to others, but they may not wish to talk to you. In the office Our office building has now been closed to the public. Please respect this, and if you wish to contact us please telephone 01248 410203 or use the intercoms located on the park, or drop us an email: mail@tyddynisaf.co.uk In the Bar & Restaurant At the present time we will continue to open, however, we will be operating at limited occupancy in order to maintain social distancing. We ask for your understanding if we are unable to seat you straightaway, even though you may see empty tables. Booking ahead is essential. Our revised menu will be available for take away including the option for delivery - we encourage you to use this option. We will not accept table bookings from multiple families wishing to dine together - one family per table only. Our beach huts will operate as private dining pods. Although normal practice for us, we would like to highlight that all tables will be disinfected after use. In the gym Our on-site gym is generally very quiet and rarely has more than 3 people enjoying the space at once. In the event that more guests choose to use the gym, we may limit capacity or issue members with time slots. To help us with this, if you arrive at the gym and notice through the window that there are already people exercising - please choose another time to exercise. We do however ask that you wipe down equipment before and after use with the anti-bacterial spray provided, and remember to stay at least 1.5m away from other users at all times. We will also continue to maintain our enhanced cleaning procedures. On the play area Whilst it is important that children continue to play, may we suggest that they do so within their own families. We advise that children do not use the play equipment. There is plenty space around Tyddyn Isaf so please make use of exploring the woodland etc. Toilet and Shower Facilities We have enhanced our cleaning schedules for our toilet and shower facilities, however, we politely ask that if you have on board facilities that you avoid using the public spaces. What should I do if I feel unwell whilst on park? If you become unwell and suspect it might be Coronavirus (high fever / new persistent cough) we would kindly ask you to take the following steps: - Please call the office and notify us immediately using your mobile - Pack your belongings and return home - Contact NHS 111 for advice.
