The complete sequence of a human genome The Telomere-to-Telomere (T2T) Consortium has finished the first truly complete 3.055 billion base pair (bp) sequence of a human genome, representing the largest improvement to the human reference genome since its initial release.

Triple I Seed Grants - EOIs closing soon
Expressions of Interest are open for the following Triple I (Infectious Disease, Immunity & Inflammation) seed grants: - 1 x Triple I SPHERE Clinical Academic Group grant of up to $75K
- 2 x Triple I UNSW Theme grants of up to $75K
Up to four EOIs will be selected for progression to a collaborative workshop and project plan development, with funding awarded based on reviews of final project plans. The Translational Cancer Research Network (TCRN) is a translational cancer research centre program funded by the Cancer Institute NSW and is a collaborative and interactive cancer research community based in the South East of Sydney, with links to cancer services and researchers in inner and southern Sydney, and Albury. CONCERT exists to bring together the knowledge and expertise of cancer health professionals and researchers to facilitate translation of research generated evidence into practice to achieve better outcomes for those affected by cancer. The Cancer Clinical Academic Group (Cancer CAG) brings together clinicians and researchers from three universities, four cancer services (with six major treatment facilities) and three Medical Research Institutes. Our combined research strength spans the translational medicine spectrum of bench to bedside and health service delivery. Working with TCRC partners, our network extends to all of the organisations below.
