Australian Research Council (ARC): Calendar Updated for 2019-2020
The indicative key dates for ARC schemes for 2019-2020 have been released on the ARC Grants Calendar. For Notification of Intent (NOI) processes and deadlines, please visit the Research Services ARC website.

Developing Positive Partnerships: New Academic Development Program
Registrations are now open for Developing Positive Partnerships, an academic development program created as part of the Faculty of Professions' Engage for Change program. Registrations close 22 July 2019. Further Information. 

Internal Cash Co-Contribution Process Changes
Accounting Services have commenced the roll-out of a new process for compulsory internal cash co-contributions towards externally funded research agreements. The changes are to help streamline the current reimbursement process, & give greater visibility of remaining funds to chief investigators. Further Information.

The Data Incubator: Data Science Fellowship
The Data Incubator is an intensive 8 week fellowship for masters students, PhDs, and post-doctorates in STEM & Social Science fields seeking industry careers as data scientists. Visit the website for application and eligibility details.

Pawsey User Forum & Infrastructure Update: Information Session

Australian Academy of Science: Falling Walls Lab
Date: 3 September 2019
Location: Australian Academy of Science's Shine Dome, Canberra

Twenty successful applicants will be invited to attend Australia's Falling Walls Lab in 2019, where they will give a three minute presentation on their research, business model or initiative. The winner will be invited to the Falling Walls Lab Finale in Berlin. Applications close 11 July 2019. Further Information.
