Comment on Proposed ACGME Common Program Requirements 

The ACGME is now accepting comments on a focused revision of the Common Program Requirements. Comments are due by November 13. 

The proposed requirements would allow ACGME specialty review committees to specify the amount of time core faculty must dedicate to residency programs, exclusive of patient care. 

Advance Family Medicine by Joining an STFM Committee  

Applications are being accepted for positions on the Communications, Graduate Medical Education, Program, Medical Student Education, and Research Committees, as well as the Conference on Practice and Quality of Improvement Steering Committee. STFM is also looking for faculty for the Medical Student Educators Development Institute.

Feature Your Work at the Authors' Showcase   

The Authors’ Showcase will be held on Sunday, May 3 from 5:30-6:30 pm as part of the opening night reception at the Annual Spring Conference. This is a great opportunity for STFM members share their published works with more than in 1,500 colleagues in a showcase setting. Space is limited to no more than 15 authors.
