I hope everyone has settled back into work after the long Easter break for most! A quick end of week update to let you know where we are at with the VOE Improvement Initiative.
General Updates:
- Improvement support team: We have formed our operational VOE support team who will help us drive improvements across the business. We have 13 amazing Operations team members aligned to different stages of our improvement project
- Confirming key business champions & stakeholders: We have almost completed defining the key business champions for each step and our key stakeholder list.
- Please check out the link to our current list of identified key stakeholders that we have. If there are staff members who you feel should be included, please let us know.
- Please talk with your teams and colleagues: It is hugely important to start talking with your colleagues about this initiative to get the message out to create more awareness. Please share these emails and links as you feel.
Training Sessions Now Available at Waitakere & Mt Albert:
We have interim training sessions available with our VOE support team to assist in increasing knowledge around the current state processing VOEs. These sessions will increase as improvements progress.
- Two Sessions per week at Waitakere
Monday (Morning Session) & Thursday (Afternoon Session) - Four Sessions per week at Mt Albert
Monday, Tuesday & Thursday (Morning and Afternoon Session)
