A Message from Todd Rogow, President & CEO
Dear Colleagues, Community Members, and Valued Participants, At Healthix, our mission remains clear—to connect people to care, empower patients, and advance innovation across New York’s healthcare ecosystem. We’re proud to serve our communities by delivering tools and insights that strengthen collaboration, from dashboards that highlight population health trends to alerts that support high-needs patients. Through the Statewide Collaborative Participation Agreement (SCPA), we continue to ensure secure, consistent data exchange across regions—supporting a unified and efficient statewide strategy that drives better outcomes for all New Yorkers. Thank you to all the hospitals
and licensed facilities that executed the new agreement. As we navigate change, I want to acknowledge the dedication of several longstanding Healthix board members whose terms are concluding. Their leadership has been instrumental in shaping who we are today. We thank you for your continued partnership, feedback, and commitment to advancing healthcare. Sincerely,
Todd Rogow, MPA, CSM, CHCIO, CDH-E
President & CEO, Healthix, Inc.
Dr. Larry McReynolds— Chair, Board of Directors & Executive Committee
Executive Director, Family Health Centers at NYU Langone
With Gratitude and Appreciation — Honoring Outgoing Healthix Board MembersAs November comes to a close, we extend our heartfelt thanks to several outstanding board members and advisors whose terms are concluding. Dr. Larry McReynolds, Executive Director of Family Health Centers at NYU Langone and outgoing Healthix Board Chair (2024–2025), and Charles King, President and CEO of Housing
Works and Healthix Treasurer/Secretary, have each served since 2013. They have made extraordinary contributions to advancing Healthix’s mission. We also thank David Leventhal, special advisor and longtime board member, as well as Matt Siegler, Dr. Michael Bouton from NYC H+H leadership, and Dr. David Alan Horwitz from NYU Grossman School of Medicine, for their leadership and commitment to innovation and data-driven care. Their impact and partnership have helped shape a healthier New York for years to come.
My Health Record NY Portal Enhances Patient Access Accessing your health records has never been easier. Healthix has enhanced its patient portal, My Health Record NY, allowing patients to quickly request and generate important reports, including sources of data, access audit logs, alert logs, and consent history, streamlining a process that was previously manual. Empowering patients with easier access to their health information is a step toward better care for all New Yorkers.
NCQA Certification Year The NCQA Data Aggregator Validation (DAV) Program continues to play a central role in Healthix’s data quality and certification efforts. Healthix has achieved NCQA Validated Data Stream certification for 2024–2025 and is now in the audit cycle for the 2026–2027 certification. This validation allows Healthix to provide standardized supplemental data that
can be used for HEDIS® measure submissions without requiring primary source verification. The certification process ensures Healthix’s data delivery systems meet national quality standards, enhancing trust among payers, providers, and regulators.
SCPA Implementation UpdateThe Statewide Collaborative Participation Agreement (SCPA) establishes a single, uniform legal framework for all SHIN-NY participants—streamlining agreements, reducing redundancy, and improving efficiency across New York’s health information exchange. Healthix worked closely with its facilities to meet the September 30 deadline set by the NYS Department of Health. We’re proud that all participating hospitals have met this milestone, with a few sanctioned exceptions, and we extend our sincere thanks to every organization for their collaboration and commitment.

Healthix Supports Mental Health AwarenessThe Healthix team proudly participated in the “Out of Darkness” Suicide Prevention and Awareness Walk on Sunday, November 9 at Pier 17, NYC. Led by journalist and mental health advocate Cindy Hsu with the CBS News Team and sponsored by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, the event brought together community members to honor those affected by suicide and to
promote hope and healing. Walking alongside participants reminded us of the importance of empathy, connection, and community. Mental health touches everyone, and even small acts of support can make a meaningful difference.
We’re thrilled to share that Healthix, Inc. has been named the 2025 Civitas Innovation Pioneer Award winner!
