Winter Time-of-Use Hours in Effect

TEP customers on Time-of-Use (TOU), Peak Demand or Demand TOU pricing plans are reminded that winter on-peak hours began October 1. To reduce your energy costs, try to avoid using energy during the on-peak hours of 6 a.m to 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. weekdays. Weekends and major holidays are always off-peak hours.  

 

Relief for Customers with Overdue Bills

TEP has extended its suspension of service disconnections and late fees through the end of the year and extended payment arrangements to six months to provide relief to customers facing hardships during the pandemic.
