Winter Time-of-Use Hours in EffectTEP customers on Time-of-Use (TOU), Peak Demand or Demand TOU pricing plans are reminded that winter on-peak hours began October 1. To reduce your energy costs, try to avoid using energy during the on-peak hours of 6 a.m to 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. weekdays. Weekends and major holidays are always off-peak hours.
