Hi there,

The west has certainly had a good mix of weather so far this winter: one minute frosty cold, the next wet and warm – and we’re already past the shortest day! We’ve been unusually busy for this time of the year, which probably means you have too.

Trust StadiumWe recently hosted a Pink Ribbon Breast Cancer Fundraiser at the office and launched the Smith and Partners 2015 Law Scholarship. Entries are now being accepted from senior students at all West Auckland secondary schools. If you know any aspiring lawyers please let them know sbout it.

If you’re planning to sell your home over the winter, there is a lot to think of. This Sellers Checklist will help you keep track of everything there is to do.
