Next Week - November 20th & 21st

Writing - We will be making a list of all the things we are grateful, God has given us.
Math – Thanksgiving Dinner Math and fact review
Social Studies - We will discuss Squanto.
Science - STEM (10 apples on top and build the strongest Thanksgiving table)

Bible – We will continue to work on Elijah, using I Kings 18:1-45.
Verse - 2 Corinthians 3:12 “Therefore, having such a hope, we use great boldness.”
Reading – Our new skill will be “Conclusions” in a story. We will be reading “Click, Clack, Moo - Cows that Type.”
Phonics – Words with s and es endings:hens eggs ducks bikes boxes wishes dresses names bells stamps dishes grapes jets frogs stitches fences
Grammar – Compound Sentences
Math – We will continue working with three digit numbers and place value to hundred’s place.
Science - Smart Animals
Social Studies - Using a map to solve a problem

November 21st - Turkey Trot instead of mileage club 1:00-2:00,Bring canned goods
November 22nd - 24th – Thanksgiving Break – no school on these days
November 27th - December 15th - Bring mittens, gloves, and scarves for Compassion Center.
November 28th - Chick-fil-a Fundraiser in Rogers (Walnut) and Fayetteville
December 4th - 8th - Book Fair!
December 6th - Class pictures
December 8th - Due date for Christmas present money ($8)
December 15th - Christmas party 12:15-1:00 - 1:00pm dismissal - No extended care
December 18th - January 2nd - No School - Christmas Break
