As we continue to enjoy life over at our new Head Office at Prestwick Business Park in Newcastle, business continues to expand apace. This month I’m delighted to announce that Clare Fenwick has joined to head up our Executive Search and Selection division and Fe Foreman joins from the NHS Business Services Authority as our Organisational Development Consultant. Both bring a great wealth of experience to our business and I’m very proud to welcome them to the team.

The Government plans to double its spending on public sector contracts awarded to small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), from £3 billion to £6 billion, it has announced.

Now That’s What  I Call A Great Event

Exclusive were proud to sponsor ‘Now That’s What  I Call A Great Event'. North East marketing man Geoff Ramm assembled an all-star cast of speakers for a one-off event in aid of the Bubble Foundation children’s charity.

Clare Fenwick

A law graduate, Clare began her life in recruitment and career development as a legal recruiter at the tender age of 21. Further to playing an integral part in the launch and development of an executive search firm in London, she moved to the Channel Islands in 2000 and furthered her career as an executive search consultant to the offshore financial services industry.

Fe Foreman

Fe began her career as an HR generalist with British Steel, and went on to become HR and Communications Director for WSP Buildings Ltd at the age of 26. Fe’s Economics Degree and HR Directorship gave her an insight into the commercial realities of business and what makes businesses, and leaders successful.
