I wanted to be sure you had a chance to see the information on the upcoming Community Cares Charity Dinner & Auction at Brio Tuscan Grille at The Gardens Mall .

The event promises to be an outstanding evening and an opportunity to meet Police Chief Stephen Stepp and members of the Police Foundation Board of Directors.

The 6-course menu will consist of the following superb menu items:

Spinach Salad with Apple Vinaigrette, Gorgonzola Cheese, Cranberries, Apples and Candied Pecans

Bay Scallops with Angel Hair in a Applewood Bacon Cream Sauce
5th  Course …  Tavolo Matto, Cabernet Rosso – Veneto Italy
Grilled Pork Chop with Apple Whipped Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus and Apple Au Jus
6th  Course …  Kiona, Riesling – Benton City, Washington State
Wine Poached Apple with Cream Cheese, Anglaise and Wine Syrup

The event will be hosted by Chef Tyson Mutchler at Brio Tuscan Grille and will feature a 6-course wine-paired dinner and charity auction. The evening will begin with a Lunetta Prosecco toast at 7 p.m., followed by dinner and a culinary finale.

The cost for this outstanding 6-course all-inclusive wine dinner is $100 per person and is limited to 80 guests. 50% of the dinner proceeds and 100% of the auction proceeds will be contributed directly to the Police Foundation and are tax-deductible.
