Dear Friends, 

On behalf of the Board and staff of the Chinese-American Planning Council (CPC), I would like to share with you how CPC has fulfilled our mission by providing essential services for Asian American, low-income, and immigrant communities during these unprecedented times.

Since March 22nd when New York State went on PAUSE, CPC has offered COVID-19 relief and assistance to over 15,000 community members across New York City while continuing to carry out modified services and programs to community members. 

CPC’s COVID-19 Response and Impact Report summarizes how CPC: 

• Provided services remotely and on the front lines to support vulnerable New Yorkers  
• Provided personal protective equipment (PPE) and other critical supports to frontline workers and community members  
• Advocated for essential workers and empowered Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) and immigrant communities  

Thanks to our generous supporters, CPC has accomplished the following:

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues indefinitely across the nation, the communities served by CPC bear a disproportionate toll. We created the CPC COVID-19 Relief Fund to continue providing essential services to our communities and critical support to our front line staff.
