What is Co-Design?When we partner with you to design solutions you might hear us talk about co-design as a method to develop the best solution. But what does that actually mean? Co-design (sometimes also called participatory design) is when we work together with you to take your ideas and help bring them to life using our design expertise. It’s a way of recognising the different perspectives and experiences that all stakeholders have, and leveraging them in a way that provides a better outcome. While it might sound like more work at the start of a project, by bringing together all the stakeholders and working through the design process together initially, we can save time by testing and validating ideas as we explore and refine them, which leads to higher quality outcomes and better results. Conferences in 2018 Each year there are lots of exciting conferences and events throughout New Zealand and offshore. These events are a great place to network, learn about new technologies and share our own experiences and success stories. Last year we attended several conferences and our Director, Phil Garing presented both within New Zealand and overseas. It can be tricky though to know which ones deliver the best value – you can only tell so much from a website. We thought it’d be great to source the wisdom of crowds, specifically, you! If you could click on the blue button above to complete a quick two question survey, we’ll let everyone know the results in the next newsletter. |
