4th Grade eNews

We are counting our blessings preparing for spring with our precious students.  It has been a great year and we can’t believe we are wrapping up this quarter this week.  Please pay special attention to Renweb, as we are preparing to conclude the third quarter.  We are looking forward to our last nine weeks with your prized possessions.

• Bible: We will be learning about time with God. 
• Psalm 143:10 – "Teach me to do Your will, for You are my God.  May Your gracious Spirit lead me on level ground."
• Spelling: Unit 25: fish, mouse, children, leaves, mice, self, leaf, child, selves, popcorn, geese, calves, ox, women, elf, oxen, woman, goose, elves, calf
• Language: wrap up persuasive 5-paragraph essay and beginning Ch. 8 Object Pronouns and Tenses
• Reading: Continuing our novels and studying perspective.
• Math: Ch. 11: 2 Digit Multipliers
• Social Studies:  Chapter 13: Civil War
• Science: Ch. 12: Water and Oceans

• March 8th: Spring Pictures
• March 16th: Banner Chapel @8:30
• March 16th:  Drop in Parent Teacher Conferences 3:30-5:30
• March 17th:  No school
• March 20th - 24th: Spring Break - No school

• Chick-Fil- A biscuits are available Tuesday and Friday for $2.50
• Please save and send in box tops for Education.
