Police Foundation Provides Ballistic Vests for Officers

Ballistic VestOne of the primary missions of the Police Foundation is to insure that Officers have the Equipment, Training and Technology they need to keep not only us... but themselves safe in the course of their duties.

The Foundation recently made a significant grant to the Police Department for the purchase of state of the art ballistic vests designed to protect our Officers in active shooter situations. We of course hope that the need never arises, but if it should, we are glad that our Officers have the best protection available.
