Get rid of stored paper... forever!
|
Have you been thinking about how good it would be to eliminate the need to store paper forever? What if all your currently stored documents could be shredded? Imagine if they could all be indexed logically with all their associated invoices, emails and orders available instantly at the click of a mouse...
Digitising your paper environment with OnBase Document Management will streamline your business processes to reduce costs through improved efficiency, giving you a sustainable competitive advantage. We can help automate your back-office functions also by managing incoming documents, digitising, indexing, and routing their information to electronic document management and storage services. When this sort of enterprise data capture becomes part of an automated workflow, the productivity of your organisation, and everyone in it, increases dramatically. If you would like to know more or see a demonstration of the OnBase system, contact us at sales@mbase.com.au.

OnBase EDMS integration with System 77
|
Great news for System 77 users! The OnBase EDMS software functionality fills the gaps between existing applications by eliminating redundant, disjointed and manual processes, and its open architecture makes it easy to incorporate into existing environments. We have just completed testing this ability and can happily report that the OnBase software can read information directly from System 77 without Multibase having to create any specialised middleware. Using the OnBase Application Enabler module, OnBase can easily read line item data and header information directly from your System 77 screen which is great for automatically indexing invoices and routing to the appropriate people for approval, reconciliation and storage. This means no manual double entry of data between the systems and it can be managed easily by non-technical users of your systems without leaving
the familiar applications they use every day. Your organisation can take a strategic enterprise approach to increasing productivity and standardising processes. See the OnBase Application Enabler in action here, and let us know at sales@mbase.com.au if you would like to know more.

Key stats for mobility in the enterprise
|
The value of mobility in the workplace and the opportunities it presents in reaching your customers is well and truly recognised, as business reaps the benefits of "anytime-anywhere" computing. Three key stats to note are:
- By 2017, half of employers will require employees to use their own devices for work (Gartner)
- 67% of CIOs and IT professionals believe mobility will impact their businesses as much as or more than the internet did in the 1990s. (Xcube Labs)
- Tablet shipments are forecast to top total PC (desktops and laptops combined) shipments in the fourth quarter of 2013 (IDC)
Contact us to discover the benefits you can achieve by mobilising your employees and giving your customers more ways to buy and interact with you.

Windows hosting price increase in 2014
|
Commencing 1 January 2014 windows hosting prices will increase in line with a 40% increase in Microsoft licensing for windows servers. The cost equates to approximately 3% of our hosting prices, Multibase will absorb half of this.
Your hosting fee will be increased by approximately 1.5% or less, from your next renewal date. If services are bundled with your hosting fee we will only apply the increase to the hosting component.
