Pity the children of Williamsburg. Mast Bros. notwithstanding, the availability of candy in the otherwise well-fed neighborhood is somewhere between slim and none. The best Ms. Paper could scare up was that travesty of Easter-Halloween fusion: the pumpkin peep ($0.69 for eight at Tops on the Waterfront). The rest of you will be just fine for the 31st, however, with the following splendid offerings.
